Federation of Tibetan Cooperatives' Objectives

1. To contribute for the sustainable development and preserve Tibetan cultural and arts by offering better trade conditions to Tibetan artisans.
2. To secure the rights of marginalized and economically disadvantaged producers and workers.
3. As a strategy for poverty and sustainable development, its aims at creating opportunities for producers partners who have been economically restricted by the conventional trading system.
4. To serve the genuine hope for the future of poor craftsmen and farmers.
5. To try and help poor producer partners overcome the serious barriers they face in finding the market.
6. Fair wages to all workers.
7. To produce eco-friendly products.
8. To make the optimum utilization of natural resources by encouraging the maximum use of waste and recycled products in our production.

12. Maximum employment generation to Tibetan refugees within Tibetan settlement to stop the growing migration of young people to the big metros and going abroad in search of a job.
