TibeteSHop is a part of FTCI Delhi Export Unit (formally Tibetan Refugee Self Help Handicrafts –TRSHH). FTCI Delhi Export Unit was started in 1981 under the management of Department of Home, CTA. TRSHH aimed to promote and export Tibetan Carpets and Handicrafts. Since 1985, TRSHH had been working under Fair Trade Circles. In 2006 during CTA disinvestment period, TRSHH was privatized to FTCI Delhi Export Unit.
FTCI Export Unit is a Manufacturer & Exporter of Assorted Cotton Canvas Bags, Jewelleries, and Fashion Accessories. All kinds of Tibetan ritual items, Tibetan incenses and Tibetan home furnishing items are manufactured in compliance with Fair Trade Principles. FTCI Export Unit also strives to achieve sustainability of its producer groups, grass root level workers, artisans and farmers in the supply chain. FTCI Delhi Unit is committed to the sustainability and growth of thousands of Tibetan Refugees in India.
Nyamdel house is one of our FTCI unit which is located at Delhi (Majnu ka Tilla). This unit is newly opened on 10th July, 2022 and have Digital lock unlike other houses at MT. We have 3 different types of rooms such as Standard, Deluxe and Super Deluxe.

FTCI Bylakuppe Branch
This section has initiated the activity of manufacturing Tibetan handmade incense (herbal) as one of their income generating project. It now handels five different types of aromatic incense such as Yangtse, Himalayan Aroma, Ratna, Peace and Mensang (Powder).
In May, 2022, Bylakuppe unit opened a new restaurant named Hotel Tibet within the premises of FTCI, Bylakuppe. The restaurant serves all kinds of foods, Bakery items and beverages. The restaurant has a capacity of 44 and a spacious party hall on the first floor.
Now, FTCI, Bylakuppe has opened FTCI swimming pool right next to Hotel Tibet.
